Balls of Energy: Choco-PB
Whenever I'm on the road I love packing snack that I know will give energy and made from 😍🌱 wholefoods. When foods come in their natural state they are perfect packages of vitamins, minerals, macro-nutrients and fibre. This recipe is perfect for breakfast or snack and EVERYONE will enjoy!
On-The-Go PB&C Energy Balls
🔸1 cup gluten free rolled oats
🔸1/2 cup organic natural peanut butter (any nut or seed butter will do)
🔸1/3 cup of raw honey (I got mine from a local farm) 🔸1/4 cup #fresh ground flaxseed
🔸1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (enjoy life)
Mix all ingredients together and roll into bite sized ball form Set in refrigerator for 20 minutes and enjoy! **Rolling in coconut flakes or adding chia seeds for extra fibre is also an option!
